1. Acceptanc of Terms
Your access to and subsequent use of the Web site, www.yokids.co.uk, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Web site for any unlawful purpose or for any purpose prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.
By using the Web site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained within this notice.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Web site following any changes will be your acceptance of these changes.
2. Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase any of our products, we will send you a Confirmation E-mail, confirming receipt of your order and showing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase an item or items from us, and is accepted by us when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail, to confirm the dispatch of the item or items to you.
Ant items on the same order that we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-Mail do not form part of that contract.
3. Returns
Please read our Returns Policy. It applies only to products purchased from Yo!
You are entitled to a statutory "cooling off" period of seven working days. This is in addition to your 28 days "No Quibbles" Guarantee.
Items returned to us are not our responsibility until we take delivery of them in our shop. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss in transit.
4. Changes to Website
Yo! reserves the right to change or remove the Website or any part of it without notice, temporarily or permanently and will not be liable to you for any such action.
Nor will the Site Developers be liable to you for any such removal or change.
5. Your Account
If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You should take all the steps necessary to ensure your password is kept confidential and secure, and inform us immediately if you have reason to believe your password has become known to anyone else, or if your password is being used, or likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided when registering with us. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the "Your Account" area of the Website.
Yo! reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order it will be without charge to you.
